Nine decades and four generations later, we are still Bergen County’s only produce and poultry farm. We pride ourselves on our family’s tradition of hard work, honest values, and selfless service. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, we provide the community with the highest-quality fresh produce, poultry and eggs from our own chickens, daily baked goods from our “scratch” bakery, homemade specialties from our kitchen, and artfully grown plants from our greenhouses. Hayrides & Pumpkin Picking

Special Dates throughout the fall season

Take a hayride through our 30-acre farm to our pumpkin patch! This classic festive event is fun for the whole family. Don't forget apple cider and donuts from our market!

Hayride tickets and pumpkin patch purchases are CASH ONLY, please. We do not have WiFi in our fields.

Weekday Public Hayrides - no reservations needed. Open to groups and scouts!
3pm-5pm; Monday-Friday from September 23 through November 1
$5 per person, children under the age of 2 are free. Pumpkins are priced separately and range by size from $2 to $25+, cash only.

Saturday Public Hayrides - no reservations needed.
9am-4pm; Saturdays from September 28 through October 26
$5 per person, children under the age of 2 are free. Pumpkins are priced separately and range by size from $2 to $25+, cash only. 

Holiday Public Hayrides - no reservations needed.

Spooky Story Time

A Fun Fall Event For Families!

Join us for a brand new event this fall! Take a night time hayride through our 30-acre farm to a bonfire, where our story teller tells us a fun, spooky story while we enjoy fresh apple cider and homemade cider doughnuts. This is a 1-hour event perfect for families (not too spooky!).

Dates available: Saturday, October 19 and Friday, October 25. 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm, and 8:30pm sessions available. The cost of this event is $15 per person plus Paypal processing fee (children under 2 years old are FREE).

Halloween Trunk-or-Treat

October 26, 10am-12pm

Our annual Trunk-or-Treat is a fun and safe way for children to trick-or-treat at the farm! Admission fee is a bag of candy; no registration needed. We highly encourage everyone to dress up in costume for this event.

Trunks needed! Decorate your trunk and have fun passing out candy! All participating trunks are eligible to purchase pre-sale Chicks & Bunnies tickets (5 tickets maximum; redeemable after Trunk-or-Treat). Trunk space is limited and will fill up quickly. Please pre-register using the link below! Trunks do not need to bring a bag of candy for admission.

This is a weather permitting event; please check our website for updates on the day of the event in case of cancellation.

Nighttime Hayrides

Join us for a night of fun underneath the stars!

For a limited time, we have private nighttime hayrides available for pre-registered groups of 30 people. If you have more than 30 people, you may book two consecutive time slots (2 wagons).

This event includes a 10-15 minute hayride through our farm to a 45 minute private bonfire and 10-15 minute hayride back. Total time is an hour and a half. The cost is $500 per time slot, which includes one wagon and bonfire.

The nighttime hayride is carry in, carry out. You may bring your own food and drink (alcohol is prohibited).

Farm to Table Dinner Series

Enjoy an exclusive, alfresco, 5-course dinner overlooking the farm on the grounds of Mr. and Mrs. Abma's home, accompanied by a private wine tasting at our Tomasello Winery Tasting Bar. 

All poultry and produce are grown and raised here sustainably. All other products (dairy, bread, etc.) are sourced locally. Our menu for each dinner is customized with each item's peak season in mind. For example, our June menu will feature homegrown strawberries, spinach, peas, onions, and more.

Wine is available for purchase after your tasting at a 20% discount.

The cost per ticket per date is $150. Maximum 20 seats per event.

Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the event date. There is a $10 cancellation fee. 

Pony Rides Every Saturday!

Join us in the Barnyard for pony rides!

Pony Rides take place from May through October, every Saturday from 11am-4pm, weather permitting. Tickets are $5 per child.
Recommended age is 2+. Weight limit is 90 lbs. 
Pony ride area is closed intermittently during Barnyard Bash Birthday Parties.

Come on down to the farm for an educational workshop! Our 'make and take' workshops focus on floral designs for your home. From fall bushel baskets to wreath making, we offer something for everyone!

Tuesday and Thursday AM Workshops: In this one hour workshop, our talented staff demonstrates and guides you through the creative process! Using our own fall or holiday season plant materials, create a beautiful design to last throughout the season. Each themed 'make and take home' workshop includes all materials to create your floral arrangement as well as instructions and creative discussion.These workshops take place in our greenhouse. The cost of this workshop ranges based on the materials used; there is a $20 deposit per person due at registration (plus a Paypal processing fee) that goes toward the final cost.

Ladies Night Workshops: This two hour event begins at the Tasting Room and includes a complimentary wine glass. After the tasting, it's time to head down to our Greenhouses to meet our design staff and begin the workshop. Each themed 'make and take home' workshop includes all materials to create your floral arrangement as well as instructions and creative discussion. The cost of Ladies Night is $60 per person (plus a Paypal processing fee). Wine is available for purchase after your tasting at a 20% discount.
