Hayride & Pumpkin Picking Party

The party package costs $40 per participating child and an additional $5 per adult.

We require a $400 deposit at booking (that goes toward the final cost of your party).

We require a minimum of 10 participating children to attend and a maximum of 20 participating children. If you have less than 10 participating children, you will be charged for 10 children.

Any additional add-ons, like water, pizza pockets, cupcakes, or other food and drink for adults, will increase the cost of your party.

15% gratuity for your party staff will be automatically added to your final bill.

Hayride and Pumpkin Picking Party is available during the fall season: Mid-September - Late October.

This party is available Fridays at 4pm and Saturdays at 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm and 4pm.

We require a minimum of 10 participating children to attend and a maximum of 20 children. If you have less than 10 children, you may still book; however, you will be charged for a minimum of 10 children.

Maximum capacity is 40 persons, including both children and adults. However: wagon capacity is 35 people. One wagon is included per party. 

Your birthday party duration is 90 minutes long.

You may arrive 30 minutes early to set up any decorations (tablecloths, centerpieces, balloons) that you bring.

Please note, late arrivals that delay the start or flow of your party will take away from the party time.

Hayride and Pumpkin Picking Party is recommended for ages 2+.

Outside Food
Outside food and beverage is permitted. There is a $20 service fee for any outside food brought in. There is a separate $10 cake cutting fee for outside cake brought in. We discourage bringing cake as it takes a significant amount of time to cut and serve. Cupcakes are included for each child as part of your package.

Outside Food

Your party will be hosted in a relaxed farm atmosphere. We do not provide decorations. Some decorations are permitted, although not required of you to bring. We encourage you to keep it simple; easy set up means more time to spend with your party guests!

Decorations you may bring: balloons, table cloths, table scape and/or centerpieces, goodie bags.

Decorations you may NOT bring: confetti, piñatas, decor that requires extensive set up. IF YOU BRING EXTENSIVE DECORATIONS, i.e., balloon arches, you are responsible for disposal - otherwise a $100 clean up fee will incur.

For your convenience, you may book a party with us at any time using our party scheduling tool. Reservations require a $400 non-refundable deposit (plus processing fee) at time of scheduling. Your $400 deposit goes toward the final cost of your party.

Your party is not reserved until we receive your deposit.

Please email [email protected] your final arrangements (final head count, additional food orders, etc.) 1 week prior to your party. Please let us know if any guest has an allergy or dietary restriction.

Final payment is due at the end of your party. Party facilitators will factor how many participating children, plus additional add-ons, 18% gratuity, minus the deposit, to create your total. Final payment may be made in cash or major credit card (credit card fee applies if paying with credit card).

Typically, we look at the weather the morning of your party rather than the advanced forecast as it can be unreliable.

• In the case of a light drizzle, a hayride to the patch can still be facilitated, and your child's party will still be enjoyable by all provided that appropriate clothing is worn.
• In the case of bad inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule your party.
