Come join our very own herbalist, Shannon Mulligan-Mayernik, for a Ladies Night on the farm!
We start at 6pm with a Tomasello Winery wine tasting in our Market followed by an interactive Herb Preservation seminar. Shannon will discuss how to preserve your backyard herbs and weeds for the the end of season, including freezing them, dehydrating them, and how to infuse oil and vinegar. This seminar is full of great tips and informative conversation on how preserved herbs can become a part of your daily lifestyle so please bring a notebook and pen.
Shannon is a master food preserver, herbalist, and owner of Mayernik Kitchen. As an herbalist, Shannon utilizes what is around her and her home.
The cost of ‘Ladies Night’ is $25 per person plus a Paypal processing fee. Maximum 20 spots available. Event is approx. 2 hours long. Registration and payment required, tickets available here via our website!
